Identity Finder Online Training
Penn State Information Technology Services has created a very informative web-based training video to demonstrate the use of Identity Finder, the software we use to find and remediate PII on University-owned computers.

The majority of the printers located in the public and classroom computer labs on the Mont Alto campus default to duplex printing. This document provides illustrated instructions that will assist the user in changing the printer settings from duplex to single-sided printing in the Microsoft Word 2007 application.
The PSUTXT service at Mont Alto is used to send emergency messages and inclement weather announcements to a subscriber’s cellular telephone. Once a subscription is established it will expire in two years. This document will assist a user in registering for the PSUTXT service.
