
1. General Studies Building
Built in 1929, this classroom building includes the auditorium, student success center, and various computer labs. Various cultural events are held here throughout the year. The Student Advising Center is also housed here.2. Science & Technology Center
This classroom building houses a computer lab, nursing lab, physical therapy lab, and a physics lab, as well as laboratories for biology, chemistry, and engineering.
3. Multipurpose Activities Center
This building is a hub of student activities including a gym, fitness center, two racquetball courts, and an auxiliary gym used for dances and other events. It is also home to Penn State Mont Alto's Athletics Department.
4. Library
The campus library offers access to the vast array of Penn State University electronic and text collections. Librarians are available throughout the day to assist students with research, obtaining resources from other Penn State campuses, and general reference questions. Internet access and meeting rooms can also be found in the Library.
5. Wiestling Student Center
This is the oldest building within the Penn State system (circa 1803). Recently renovated, this building houses Cafe Java and the student center.
6. The Mill
Enjoy food service with a variety of choices such as a salad bar, deli, grill, and hot food items of the day. A vegetarian entree is always on the menu. Vocalists and comedians often perform here and a number of coffeehouse activities are held at The Mill. The Mill also hosts specialty dinner events.
7. The Bookstore
Our newest building houses a Barnes & Noble bookstore along with a state-of-art computer lab. It is also home to our Information Sciences and Technology degree program.
8. Mont Alto Hall
This residence hall houses 208 students in traditional-style rooms.
9. Conklin Hall
Built by students of the Pennsylvania State Forest Academy in 1910, this recently restored building houses student services including admissions, financial aid, student affairs, campus life, residence life, registrar, finance office, health services, student government offices, business services Office, and the office of the chancellor.
10. Emmanuel Chapel
Built in 1854, the Emmanuel Chapel plays a large role in the history of Mont Alto and the campus. The chapel was renovated in 2000 and is available for use by the public for weddings and other special events. For more information, please contact Vicky Sprenkle at 717-749-6031.
11. Police Services
Police Services is located in this building, and parking permits are available in this office.
12. Penn Gates I
Penn Gate I is a residence hall that offers suite-style living for Mont Alto students. Separate housing areas are available for students exploring specific majors or interests. It is located on the south side of the campus, near some of the athletic fields.
13. Penn Gates II
Penn Gate II is the newest residence hall available on campus and offers suite-style living for Mont Alto students. The building is located next to Penn Gate I and beside the softball field.

George Perry House
The Perry House is located behind the Multipurpose Activities Center and houses the Office of Alumni Relations and the Development Office. The Department of Public Relations and Marketing, as well as some faculty offices are also located in Perry House. The building was recently renovated.
