If you have been a victim of a crime, or witnessed a crime on campus and wish to inform University Police, please complete and fill out the form below. If this is an emergency please call 911 immediately and a University Police Officer will be dispatched to respond right away.

To Remain Anonymous:
If you wish to remain anonymous, use John Doe for your name. You can use firstname.lastname@example.org for an email address.
This form gives you the ability to remain anonymous while still providing vital information to University Police.
What info to provide:
In the additional comments field, enter all information about the crime you wish to report. Important information for our Officers to conduct their investigation will include: location, time, name or description of suspect, suspect's vehicle, type of crime, was there a victim, did anyone else witness the crime? ect.
If you have been a victim of a crime, multiple resources are available to you. If you provide your name an officer will contact you and be able to provide you with information about the many victim's services available in Pennsylvania.
Our officer's jurisdiction is limited to crimes that occur on campus property. Crimes occurring off campus (off-campus housing ect) are under a different Police Department's jurisdiction. If you are unsure who to contact about a crime off-campus contact Police Services at (717)749-6070 and our officer's will be able to assist you and provide you with that information.
