Transfer Admission to Penn State University Park
For admission to University Park campus applicants must have completed 2 years of college level work and have strong academic records. Certain programs have more stringent grade point average requirements and may also require the completion of prerequisite courses. Some programs may not be available to transfer students. Transfer Admission to Penn State Mont Alto
Admission to Mont Alto is possible after applicants have completed 18 semester hours of credit. Most programs require a minimum grade point average of 2.0 although programs in engineering and the sciences typically require a cumulative average of at least a 2.5. Education programs typically require a cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Certain programs may also require the completion of prerequisite courses.
