Program Transition Announced for Associate of Science Degree in Nursing

Because the national picture of nursing education is changing, the associate of science (A.S.) degree is being transitioned to a four-year, baccalaureate of science (B.S.) degree in Nursing. Consequently, no students will be admitted to that program thereafter and in spring 2016 the last A.S. class will graduate.

Penn State University has announced the transition of the associate of science (A.S.) degree to a baccalaureate of science (B.S.) degree in Nursing at the Mont Alto, Altoona, Erie, Fayette, and Worthington Scranton campuses. Click here for more information.
