*Students in a Baccalaureate Degree program need 3 credits of a US course and 3 credits of an IL course.  Some courses (USI) meet both the requirements, but students may only get credit for one or the other (US or IL).  One course may not fulfill both the US and the IL requirements.  One course may, however, satisfy either one of the IL or US requirements (USI) as well as another General Education requirement.

Students in an Associate Degree program need 3 credits of a US, IL, or a USI course.
