Kinesiology Instructor

Sprinkle teaches Kinesiology, courses in the study of muscle movement, activity and wellness, at Penn State Mont Alto. Her special interests include athletics, personal training, CPR, and first responder instruction. She has experience in physical training and rehabilitation for special populations including cardiac and pulmonary. Sprinkle is a certified instructor of basic life support and first aid for the American Heart Association. She is also an active member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) on campus.
